    What happens after I join?

    Once we receive your blog post (you can only submit one blog post at a time) we will:

    1. Analyse and optimise your headline
    2. Re-format your content so that it's optimised for readability and sharing
    3. Create draft in wordpress
    4. Optimise the post for SEO
    5. Add your image(s) *this is recommended as original images are better for your branding, or search for stock images (note: additional cost for this)
    6. Apply appropriate call to action to bottom of blog post (ensure that each blog post is tied to your business objectives)
    7. Send draft to you for review and approval.
    8. Publish post on your approval. 
    9. Promote blog post using our content marketing strategy - including sharing on Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin, and submitting to channels outside of social media.
    At the end of each month we'll email you a monthly report detailing:
    • Most popular posts in previous 90 days
    • Top 3 organic traffic sources in past 30 days
    • Performance of each blog post published in the last 30 days
    • Recommendations for improving results next month

    How long does it take to optimise & promote one blog post?

    The average turnaround from the time that we receive your submission is typically 1-3 business days. Please take this into account before submitting content to us. We may not be the fastest, but we prefer to focus on delivering a quality service every single time.

    Will you support more than one blog or business?

    Our monthly support plans are just for the one blog or business. You can sign up for two packages if you have two blogs or businesses.

    Can I cancel at any time?

    Yes, you can cancel any time you like. Just email us and we'll cancel your subscription. Payment will stop from the day we receive your request.

    Do you write blog content/posts as well?

    No, but we can refer you to somebody who can. Just email us.

    What types of blogging websites/platforms do you work with? Can I use my wordpress.com website?

    We only work with self-hosted wordpress sites (i.e. your site can't be a free wordpress.com site) as we'll need you to have specific WP plugins installed for SEO optimisation, inter-linking and social sharing. Our team are only trained to work with self-hosted wordpress sites. We may look at working with other blogging platforms in the near future.

    Do I need to give you my Wordpress credentials (login and pass)?

    Though we will never do anything malicious on your website, we appreciate your security concerns. You have two options to choose from:

    1. Share your encrypted credentials using Lastpass (you can sign up for a free account) so we won't need to see the actual login and password.
    2. Create a new user profile in your wordpress admin panel with editor privileges (we can create drafts but only you can publish) or give us admin rights (if you want us to publish for you). 

    Can I pay monthly or annually?

    You have the option of being billed monthly (minimum 3 months to start of with for all packages) or yearly. You save more money with the yearly option.
